Refund & Cancellation Policy

Fair & Transparent Refund Process

Refunds depend on service status. Full refunds apply before work starts, partial refunds after partial work, and no refunds post-delivery. Subscription cancellations take effect in the next cycle. Refunds process within 14 working days.

1. Cancellation & Refund for Services

  • Before Service Starts: Full refund if canceled within 1 hour of payment (before work begins).
  • Mid-Service Cancellation: Partial refund (less than 40%), depending on work completed and resources used.
  • Post-Service Completion: No refund once the service is fully delivered.

2. Website Development & Design Refunds

  • Before Project Start: Full refund within 2 hours of payment.
  • After Initial Work (Planning & Research Phase): Partial refund after deducting planning costs.
  • After Design Approval & Development: No refund, as resources and time have been allocated.

3. SEO & Digital Marketing Services (On-Page SEO, Off-Page SEO, SMM, Guest Posts, etc.)

  • Before Campaign Starts: Full refund if canceled within 1 hour.
  • After Campaign Setup: Partial refund if minimal work has been done.
  • After Campaign Execution: No refund, as strategies have been implemented and results depend on search engines.

4. Content Writing & UI/UX Design Refunds

  • Before Work Starts: Full refund if canceled within 1 hour.
  • After Partial Work Delivery: Partial refund after deducting completed content/design.
  • After Full Content/Design Delivery: No refund, as the service is completed.

5. Web Hosting & Server Management Refunds

  • Before Activation: Full refund.
  • After Server Setup: Partial refund based on setup costs.
  • Ongoing Subscription: No refund for the current month, cancellation applies to the next cycle.

6. Refund Restrictions & Exclusions

  • No refunds for policy violations (e.g., misuse of services, illegal activities).
  • No refunds for third-party tool subscriptions (e.g., paid plugins, premium themes).
  • No refunds for delays caused by clients (e.g., lack of response, incomplete information).
  • If a service takes longer than the allocated time, customers can claim a refund of up to 10% based on the delay duration.

7. Payment Disputes & Chargebacks

  • Customers must contact contact@nextactix.com for refund requests before initiating a dispute.
  • Chargebacks without prior communication may result in service suspension.

8. Refund Processing Time

  • Refunds will be processed within 14 working days and credited to the original payment method.
  • Customers are responsible for transaction fees charged by PayPal, Stripe, or crypto payment gateways.

9. Subscription-Based Services

  • Users can cancel subscriptions anytime, and the service will end at the next billing cycle.
  • No prorated refunds for unused portions of the subscription.

10. SEO & Marketing Services Refund Exception

  • SEO and marketing results depend on search engines (e.g., Google algorithm updates) and external platforms.
  • We put our best efforts into ranking your website, but we do not offer refunds based on performance expectations.
